ATTN Parents

We have selected one convention NUVO held March 12-14 2010 and one competition Hall of Fame in Fort Worth April 30^th-May 2^nd 2010.

All dancers are eligible to attend either or both but I will need to know ASAP what your plans are so I can plan accordingly. 

NUVO Convention (this is the first weekend of spring break)

This convention promises to be good for all ages.  Dancers must be allowed to attend the convention with a chaparone, they will not be staying with their parent and will have limited contact with their parent. We may compete but that is not our primary intent in attending the convention.

The cost for this event is 380.00 – This covers tuition, hotel, transportation, and food for the weekend.  This fee does not cover competition fees which are 35.00 per dance.

I have reserved 5 rooms which is enough  for 15 dancers.  I will need to reserve more if needed.  I also need firm commitments to chaparone.  Please do not volunteer unless you are committed to help and have already checked your schedule for availability.

Dancers who would like to compete solo,duo, trio should indicate this ASAP as well.

Dancers must pay the entire amount above by February 1^st 2010 the balance due (competition fees) must be paid by March 1^st  2010.  These dates are not negotiable.

Dallas April 30^th-May 2^nd  in Fort Worth TX  is just a competition.  Dancers will stay with their own parents who will be responsible for bringing them to the competition 1.5 hours prior to their scheduled time.  Although dancers are not required to stay for the whole event, they are encouraged to see as much as possible.  Registration fees are due on March 1^st.  Dancers should indicate in advance any solos, duos, trios, they wish to compete.
